Independence is the key to our residential program. We provide comprehensive residential care to adults with disabilities who want and need to live on their own, but need assistance and guidance. We have three group homes in total, with two in Rockledge and one in Titusville.
For each of our residents, we provide:
⋅ 24-hour supervision, medication administration, transportation, all meals, social gatherings, and independence
⋅ Remodeled accommodations including newly remodeled bathrooms that are ADA accessible and tile floors
⋅ Stable, loyal, and knowledgeable staff
Springwood Estates I & II – each building houses 13 individuals in Rockledge making it, our largest group home. Built in 1981 and recently remodeled, this facility is conveniently located within walking distance of our Arc of Space Coast offices. Springwood has been a part of our program for more than 40 years and some of our individuals and staff have been with us for more than 20 of those years.
Woodsmere – also located in Rockledge, this home currently houses 15 individuals. This is a recently remodeled house as well, originally built in 1992. Individuals are able to tap into their creativity to decorate their rooms any way they choose.
Melrose – in Titusville is our northernmost facility and also our smallest. Six individuals live in this comprehensive group home.
